Adam Wicheard was born in Bath, England. A once promising player who, despite having suffered from a ruptured tumour in his spine back in 2005, leading to several months of recovery, managed to gain a world tour card in 2010. He had little success, however, and only managed to reach the top 32 (in Welsh Open 2012) once, before dropping off the tour again.
